I think they tepidly launched the double heroes banner as a trial of sorts and are probably waiting to see how it sells before committing to more. With 5 open slots on this banner, I would think they do at least this month.

Lukas (Picnic): The real unknown is if IS continues putting seasonal heroes on these banners.

The ones I don't see them skipping are the brave variants, as IS has been particular about rerunning them (well not CYL1 variants, but CYL2 variants were not rerun until appearing on legendary banners, and did not start appearing on skill banners for like 8-9 months after). Why Alm over older powerhouses like Tibarn? There are so few red spots available that I think they'll skip nearly all the red "New Heroes". I don't think Sigrun quite fits the bill (though she does have some interesting fodder), so I think they'll skip a seasonal in favor of a new hero.

Alm (Brave): usually IS has good pitybreakers for the debut legendary/mythic hero.
