Use REACT devices like the Recon Drone to scout ahead. Destroy too many of them before you place all the trackers and it’s mission failed.
What makes this tricky is that you can only tag unagitated nests once they start spawning Archæans you’ll have to destroy them. The goal is to plant trackers on multiple nests in a given area. Nest Tracking can be rather difficult if you aren’t careful. Locking down the area beforehand will helps in this regard. In order to complete this mission, you must keep yourself and both bombs intact until the timer reaches zero. Use barricades to strengthen any weak walls and close any doors leading into the area. This will make it easier to walk between both structures. Just make sure you’re prepared for a fight as swarms of Archæan will attack you and the bombs when the timer starts.īefore planting the bombs, try clearing any nearby Sprawl. Don't worry about finding the bombs, they'll already be on your person. You’ll first have to find the structures (which are located near one another) before planning the bombs. Sabotage tasks you with destroying two alien structures simultaneously. Thankfully, there are usually more targeted enemies available to hunt than what’s ultimately needed to succeed. If you accidently kill them by any other means, you’ll fail.
Note that these enemies aren’t otherwise invincible. This is done by either sneaking behind an unsuspecting enemy and knifing them in the back or by using a smoke and/or Stun Grenades, allowing you to stab after they've been alerted. If you're play solo, you might only have to hunt down one elite enemy, for instance, while playing with a full group will require several to be dispatched. You only completely “lose” if your team is wiped out before extraction or you fail to complete any of a map’s missions. And if you fail the last mission, but completed the others, you’ll still gain the rewards for the first two. You can also choose to continue to a later mission if you fail an early one. Complete the third section’s mission and your only option is to be extracted from that location, ending the Incursion. This happens again, going from the second section to the third. If you decide to go to the safe room, you’ll gear up for the next part of the map in hopes of completing the second mission. If you complete the mission within a given time limit, you’ll be prompted to either go to the decontamination zone/safe room or the extraction point.
